Spencer

As an Indigenous paramedic, I am fortunate enough to have worked and still do work alongside and within my traditional territory of the Q̓íc̓əy̓ First Nation. I am so grateful and honoured to be able to provide help to those in need and excited to do it every day.

Living and working here means I can own a home, build a good life and enjoy the outdoors right outside my door. In a smaller town, the work feels personal. You can see the difference you make.

ALEX | Primary Care Paramedic

Emma

I love helping people on their toughest days. In a small town, you often meet those same people again. They’ll stop you in the grocery store just to say thank you. It reminds you why the work matters.

EMMA | Emergency Medical Responder

Chris

This community is beautiful and there’s so much to do outdoors. Being a paramedic here gives me purpose while still letting me enjoy the lifestyle I love.

CHRIS | Emergency Medical Responder

I can finish a shift, be home in minutes and be on the water shortly after. The lifestyle here is what others travel for. We get to live it every day.
